Job summary

Yusen İnci Logistics in Gebze, Kocaeli is seeking a Warehouse Operations Team Leader to oversee inbound, outbound, returns, product care and customer experience, ensuring efficiency and service quality. You will lead and develop the operations teams, align processes with customer requirements and company policies.

The role requires hands-on management in a fast-paced environment, strong English, and proven experience in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years in warehouse operations
• Experience with Returns, Product Care and Customer Experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in field force management
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Plan Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience processes
• Track and realize capacity targets
• Manage and develop Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience teams
• Track production capacity transfers with the customer in daily/weekly meetings
• Track and plan production budget
• Track productivity targets and ensure targets are met
• Monitor income and expenditure balances for assigned projects

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Team Leader to join our team at our warehouse in Gebze, Kocaeli, who will be responsible for managing inbound, outbound, return, product care, and customer experience processes while ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning of Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience processes
• Tracking and realization of capacity targets,
• Management and development of Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience teams,
• Tracking the transfer of production capacities with the customer in daily and weekly meetings
• Tracking and planning of production budget,
• Tracking and realization of productivity targets,
• Monitoring the income and expenditure balances of the projects for which it is responsible

Required Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in related departments,
• Min. 5 years of experience in the warehouse operations processes,
• Experience to manage Return, Product Care and Customer Experience preferably,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal,
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• Experienced in field force management,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Customer and solution-oriented,
• Living Anatolian Side of İstanbul or Kocaeli,
