Job summary

PepsiCo in Manisa is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, drive performance, and ensure on-time execution of production and storage activities.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Planning, and 3PL providers to improve service levels, manage inventory accuracy, and maintain compliance with EHS and Food Safety standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience.
• Experience with Inventory Control, Transportation, and Customer Logistics.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP software.
• Strong teamwork and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and drive productivity improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to meet service level targets.
• Manage weekly alignment with 3PL providers and maintain standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to build supplier capabilities.
• Maintain ongoing contact with transportation carriers for loading efficiency.
• Drive Food Safety initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee stock transfers between plants and overflow warehouses.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity across facilities.
• Respond quickly to dispatch schedules and production plan revisions.
• Track logistics KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
