Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer (VoC) to lead the VoC module within Microsoft Dynamics 365, capturing and translating customer feedback to improve utility services in water and electricity distribution. You will bridge client business teams with IT and guide CRM solutions across projects.

This role offers remote work with EPAM’s offices and coworking spaces internationally, ongoing upskilling in MS Dynamics, AI, and Power Platform, and opportunities to relocate or switch

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer with VoC focus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to liaise between business teams and IT in a utilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Voice of Customer (VoC) module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to capture, analyze and act on customer feedback.
• Enhance utility service deliveries across water and electricity distribution through tailored CRM solutions.
• Implement various feedback mechanisms including surveys, focus groups and direct customer interaction.
• Gather and translate deep understanding of customer needs, preferences and pain points into actionable system improvements.
• Support the utility provider in making informed decisions that align with customer expectations.
• Act as the front person for client business team communication, including Customer Services, Water and Electricity department representatives.
