Job summary

PeopleCert is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team and enhance the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform. You will design, develop, and maintain custom plugins, APIs, and integrations, collaborating with architects and functional consultants to deliver scalable business solutions.

To succeed, you should have 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform, strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript skills, and a solid understanding of Dataverse and Azure services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE and Power Platform.
• Experience with the D365 Customer Service module is a strong plus.
• Proven experience developing Custom APIs and service endpoints within Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE SDK, plugin development, and custom workflow activities.
• Solid understanding of the Dataverse data model, security model, and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure services used for CRM integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript development skills.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ALM for Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, and access management.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with functional and architecture teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain plugins, workflows, and business logic within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Build and maintain Custom APIs and service endpoints for integration scenarios.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using Azure services.
• Implement solutions across Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with architects to translate designs into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom code and integrations.
• Support data migration activities.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain technical documentation for custom components and integrations.
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure developments.
