Job summary

Mavi, a global lifestyle brand headquartered in Istanbul, seeks a Visual Production Supervisor in the Marketing Department to lead end-to-end visual production for campaigns, shoots, and collaborations. You will ensure brand-consistent visuals across digital channels, stores, and print, while coordinating with Product Marketing, Graphic Design, and external partners.

The role requires 5–8 years in visual production within fashion or retail and a strong command of photo/video workflows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of visual production experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle brands, agencies, or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of photo and video production from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute visual production projects with Product Marketing, Marketing Communication, and Graphic Design teams.
• Drive seasonal content creation supporting product marketing, brand storytelling, and social media.
• Translate brand guidelines into impactful creative executions across visuals.
• Manage end-to-end pre-production, production, and post-production for campaigns, shoots, and collaborations.
• Research concepts and trends to support innovative content creation.
• Coordinate model casting and talent selection aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate styling, guide stylists, and oversee image retouching for visual excellence.
• Organize production elements including art direction, locations, sets, and logistics.
• Build visual consistency across digital, stores, mavi.com, social channels, and print.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators with visual direction aligned to brand identity.
• Manage production budgets ensuring quality and timely delivery.

We are looking for a Visual Production Supervisor to join our Marketing Department.

What will be expected of you in this role?

• Coordinate and execute visual production projects in partnership with Product Marketing, Marketing Communication, and Graphic Design teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery,
• Drive the creation of seasonal commercial content that supports product marketing initiatives, brand storytelling, and social media communications,
• Translate brand and seasonal guidelines into impactful and consistent creative executions across all visual assets,
• Manage end-to-end pre-production, production, and post-production processes for seasonal campaigns, editorial shoots, and celebrity collaborations,
• Research creative concepts, shooting ideas, trends, and references to support innovative content creation,
• Coordinate model casting processes and support talent selection activities in line with brand objectives.
• Coordinate styling processes, guide stylists on product selections, and oversee image retouching processes to ensure visual excellence,
• Organize and manage all production elements including art direction, locations, sets, and operational requirements before and during shootings,
• Build strong visual consistency across all brand touchpoints including digital channels, stores, mavi.com, social media platforms, and print materials,
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators by providing visual direction aligned with the brand identity,
• Manage production budgets effectively while ensuring the highest quality standards and timely project delivery.

Why you?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Visual Production within a fashion, retail, lifestyle brand, agency, or production environment,
• Strong knowledge of photo and video production processes, from concept development to final delivery,
• Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,
• Creative problem-solving skills combined with strong attention to detail and strategic thinking capabilities,
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and execution-focused approach,
• A strong eye for visual quality, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines,
• Experience working with influencers, creative talent, photographers, stylists, and external agencies,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Photoshop,
• Strong digital and AI literacy with eagerness to explore new tools that enhance creative production speed, efficiency, and quality.
