Mavi, Istanbul-based global lifestyle brand, seeks a seasoned Product Development Lead to drive denim collections from prototype to pre-production, ensuring market needs and sales targets are met.

You will analyze regional performance and competitor activity, shaping new product groups from market insights, and collaborate with Sales and Category teams to guide product selection.

A Bachelor’s in Fashion/Textile and 8+ years in a similar role, with strong English and MS Excel skills, are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in sales and industry fairs and conduct regular market research in line with the brand’s product strategy.
• Analyze regional seasonal sales performance and competitor activities, contributing to the development of new product groups based on market insights.
• Responsible for the entire product development process, from the first prototype to pre-production, ensuring collections align with market needs, sales targets, and seasonal calendars.
• Evaluate feedback from Mavi’s global markets and support decision-making for denim product groups, while providing product information during pre-merchandising and order meetings and collaborating with Sales and Category teams in product selection.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ordered products are produced accurately based on sales performance and customer feedback, while coordinating information flow and sharing improvement requests with relevant departments.
