Job summary

Mavi is seeking a Graphic Designer Manager to join the Marketing Department in Istanbul. You will apply and evolve the brand's visual language, lead photo and video production, and manage shoots on-site, ensuring cohesive visuals across campaigns and channels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design and 5–7 years in art direction or visual communication within fashion/lifestyle, plus strong collaboration and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency. Join a brand committed to All Blue.

Qualifications

• Apply and continuously develop the established brand visual language and creative framework across all touchpoints.
• Create and execute visual concepts for campaigns, content productions, and photoshoots.
• Plan, direct, and manage photo and video shoots on-site.
• Oversee the production processes of social media, online, email marketing, campaign materials, and all other visual content.
• Deliver creative and effective solutions for daily and seasonal content needs.
• Work closely with design and content teams to guide visual outputs and coordinate implementation processes.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to maintain brand consistency and manage execution processes.
• Ensure quality standards, visual excellence, and consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Strengthen in-house production processes to improve the speed and efficiency of creative output.

Responsibilities
