Job summary

Mavi is seeking an AI-First Strategy Development Manager to lead the company’s AI portfolio and governance. You will own the AI transformation roadmap, collaborate with AI process engineering and business leaders, and ensure value delivery across design to retail.

You will report to the Data Analytics director & AI Group Leader and work with IT, Legal and Finance on governance, investment decisions and adoption strategies.

About the role

Mavi is building AI into how the company works, from design and sourcing to retail, e-commerce and support functions. We are looking for an AI-First Strategy Development Manager to lead this work on the business side. You will own Mavi's AI portfolio, run the governance process that takes ideas to live solutions, and work with business leaders to redesign how work gets done.

You will report to the Data Analytics director & AI Group Leader. You will work closely with our AI process engineering and development teams: you identify and shape the opportunity, they build it, and together you make sure it delivers value.

What you will do

• Own Mavi's AI transformation roadmap and the company-wide AI project portfolio, and keep both aligned with business priorities.
• Run the AI Working Group as its operating lead: set the agenda, drive decisions and make sure commitments are delivered.
• Build and maintain a single view of all AI tools, assistants and initiatives across the company.
• Spot common use cases across functions and turn them into shared, enterprise-wide solutions.

Opportunity Discovery & AI-First Process Design

• Work proactively with business functions to find where AI can change how work is done, not just speed it up.
• Map current processes and operating models, then design the target \"AI-first\" process together with the business owner.
• Prioritize use cases by value, effort and risk, focusing on high-impact, low-effort wins first.
• Define the business problem, success criteria and handover scope clearly, so the development teams can build with confidence.

Governance & Investment Decisions

• Own the intake and first-stage assessment in Mavi's stage-gate AI governance model, and coordinate the later stages with IT, Legal and Finance.
• Lead build-vs-buy and vendor assessments using our standard scoring frameworks.
• Prepare business cases and investment proposals with clear, measurable benefits.
• Track benefit realization after go-live: set KPIs, measure results and report actual value delivered against what was planned.

Adoption & Change

• Act as a trusted partner to function leaders, turning business priorities into an AI agenda.
• Drive AI adoption and capability building across the company, supporting our AI competency programs from everyday AI users to citizen developers.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and communications for the C-suite and the AI Committee.

What success looks like

• In 6 months: a complete, prioritized AI portfolio is in place; the governance pipeline runs on a predictable rhythm; and the first AI-first process redesigns are live.
• In 12 months: measurable business value is reported for live AI solutions, AI adoption has grown across functions, and the AI Working Group is known as the place where decisions get made.

Why you?

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, a transformation office, a CEO office, corporate strategy or a PMO.
• A track record of delivering large, cross-functional transformation programs, not just planning them.
• Experience in process design and operating model development.
• Hands-on daily use of generative AI tools (LLM assistants, Copilot or similar), and a clear view of what they can and cannot do today.
• Strong business sense: you connect technology to P&L outcomes and can build a credible business case.
• Executive presence: you are comfortable challenging and influencing senior leaders.
• Structured thinking and comfort with ambiguity.
• Fluent Turkish and English.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience at a top-tier strategy or Big Four consultancy, followed by an in-house transformation role.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, stage-gate governance or benefit-realization frameworks.
• Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG or other consumer-facing industries.
• Some experience building simple prototypes with low-code or AI-assisted development tools.
• You will shape how a global fashion brand adopts AI, with direct exposure to the C-suite.
• You will join a team covering data analytics, AI process development, master data and data translation, so you will have the technical support to deliver real results.
• Your work will run in production and be measured, not end in slide decks.
