Job summary

Jet2.com Limited, via its Jet2holidays brand, is seeking an Airport Representative in Bodrum to welcome customers, resolve queries, and coordinate with partners to ensure a memorable transfer experience. The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service and teamwork across the airport operations.

You will work outdoors, with flexible shifts, and use digital systems to support guest information and on-time service performance. Training is provided, with a fixed-term contract through a local agent.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Solution oriented, friendly & positive, confident with digital systems.
• Physically demanding role with extended periods of standing and outdoor work.
• Right to work documents for Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm Jet2holidays welcome and make their journey memorable from the start.
• Be a point of contact during disruptions and escalations to ensure timely, courteous resolutions.
• Represent Jet2holidays onboard transfers and in arrivals/departures areas, providing information and guidance.
• Collaborate with transfer providers and support operations to deliver a VIP customer experience.

Job description

As a valued member of our Jet2holidays Airport team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers on their transfers to/from their accommodation & create a memorable and welcoming process as our customers arrive and depart the airport. You will work as one team with our internal & external suppliers whilst taking responsibility for resolving customer queries or problems using our in-house digital systems.

What will I do?

As an Airport Representative, you’ll report directly to the Airport Team Leader and work closely with internal and external partners to deliver VIP industry leading customer service. You’ll be at the heart of creating memories for our customers.

• Create Memories - Greet every customer with a warm welcome with our famous Jet2holidays smile. You will make our customers journey memorable from the very start.
• Take Responsibility - Be a point of contact during flight disruptions, emergencies and customer escalations ensuring every situation is handled with care and working together as one team to ensure we achieve our on-time performance service and customer satisfaction requirements.
• Be Present - Represent Jet2holidays onboard transfers to/from the airport, in the arrivals hall and departures terminal guiding and assisting customers throughout their airport experience. Provide our customers with essential transfer & holiday information by creating and distributing welcome packs & delivering information onboard the transfer coaches.
• Work as One Team - Work closely with our transfers providers & support the operation outside in the coach park to ensure a VIP customer experience.

What do I need?

• Right to Work Documents - As we employ on local contracts via our local agent, you will already hold full right to work documents for Turkiye.
• Accommodation - You will already be living in Bodrum or Didim with your own accommodation. If you are living in one of our beach resorts, you can join our transfer services otherwise, you must be able to travel to the airport at any time, day or night
• Flexibility - Your roster will include early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekend working. As an Airport Representative, please be aware that the role involves extended periods of standing and working outdoors, particularly during the summer months. Flexibility is essential, as you may also be required to support during flight disruptions, serious emergencies, and customer escalations.
• Skills & Experience - Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. You must be solution orientated, friendly & positive, confident and comfortable to use digital systems (on a tablet device). Please note that this role is physically demanding, as you will be required to support our fast-paced operation and will always be on the go.
