Job summary
Inovance in Fatih, Turkey, seeks a technically skilled professional to drive product application insights and manage customer requirements for industrial drives. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience with Variable Frequency Drives or industrial drives.
- Projects with LV/MV VFDs and experience in heavy industries advantageous.
- Proficient in VFD working principles, motor control and industrial applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for on-site issues and commissioning.
- Fluent Turkish with good English for technical communication with Headquarters.
- Willingness for short business trips and field work.
Responsibilities
- Insight Planning: provide in-depth product application insights and identify opportunity points.
- Customer requirements management: communicate with technical teams and define platform products.
- Product Expansion: support overseas sales and drive market insights and project success.
- Internal Empowerment: share successful cases and promote team capacity.
- On-site support and commissioning as needed.
