Job summary

Farmina is seeking a Veterinary Sales Representative to cover the Istanbul Bosphorus Line (Asian & European sides) and support Farmina's veterinary channel across Turkey.

In this field-based role, you will build relationships with veterinary clinics, present Farmina Vet Life and N&D, and provide clinical nutrition knowledge to partners. Travel across Istanbul is required, with strong communication and consultancy skills to drive growth.

Qualifications

• University degree in Veterinary Medicine preferred; candidates with a degree in Business Administration/Management or related field are welcome.
• Previous experience in veterinary practice, animal health, clinical nutrition or veterinary channel is a strong advantage; FMCG/field sales experience valued.
• Genuine interest in animal health, pet nutrition and scientific veterinary solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn and apply technical product knowledge in consultative selling.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to independently plan activities and manage a territory.
• Analytical thinking and professional approach.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Istanbul Bosphorus Line (Asian & European sides).
• Working knowledge of English; valid category B driving license and active driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with veterinary clinics and professionals across the Istanbul Bosphorus Line.
• Identify and develop new veterinary partners within the assigned territory.
• Present Farmina's veterinary portfolio (Vet Life and N&D) and professional services.
• Provide technical and scientific support in clinical nutrition for dogs and cats.
• Understand clinics' needs and recommend appropriate nutritional solutions.
• Implement Farmina's global veterinary strategy within the Turkish market.
• Monitor developments in veterinary medicine, clinical nutrition, and local market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on seminars, congresses and events.
• Support localisation of marketing materials and prepare technical presentations.
• Plan and manage the territory independently, reporting activities and results.
