Job summary

Novonesis in Istanbul seeks a Technical Services Specialist - Animal Health & Nutrition to blend scientific expertise with customer engagement across the Middle East region. You will support trials, provide product guidance, and represent Novonesis with key accounts and distributors.

You will work with Account Managers and technical teams to drive growth, supervise poultry trials, and deliver analyses while traveling about 50% of the time. Fluency in English and Turkish is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Animal Health & Nutrition or a related scientific discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience within animal health and nutrition.
• Fluency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support related to product performance for key accounts and channel partners.
• Partner with Account Managers to grow existing business and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Supervise poultry trials, visit research facilities, and deliver analyses of trial outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with nutritionists, veterinarians, customers, and industry influencers.
• Investigate customer complaints and resolve technical issues on-site.

The Role & Your Impact

As a Technical Services Specialist - Animal Health & Nutrition, you will combine technical expertise with customer engagement to support business growth across the Middle East region. Working closely with Account Managers and technical support teams, you will provide scientific guidance, manage customer trials, and represent Novonesis solutions in the marketplace.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support related to product performance for key accounts and channel partners.

• Strong understanding of product applications and feed formulations.
• Fluency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken).

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across a region.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned region.
