Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Türkiye is seeking a Country Financial Controller to lead the Türkiye Controllership, managing an international team across Accounting, Tax and statutory reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, local regulations and SOX requirements.

You will drive timely financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, partner with auditors and regional finance teams, coach the team, and support continuous process improvements to sustain business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CIMA/CA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in multinational finance, accounting and governance.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Türkiye Controllership function with a high-performing team.
• Ensure timely financial reporting under US GAAP and local laws.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and analyses.
• Maintain strong governance, SOX compliance, and audits.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and regional teams.
• Coach and develop team members for succession planning.
• Drive continuous process improvements across finance.
