Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Country Financial Controller for Türkiye with a leadership role over the Türkiye Controllership function. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; a professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Experience in finance and accounting including financial reporting, statutory accounting, compliance, and governance in a multinational environment.
• Led and developed teams with coaching, collaboration, and inclusive culture.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, SOX, and external audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Türkiye Controllership function, managing an international team across Accounting, Tax and statutory reporting.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in line with US GAAP and local regulations.
• Oversee financial analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting for transparency and sound decisions.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and regional finance teams to maintain governance and compliance.
• Promote robust internal controls and continuous process improvement for SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Coach and mentor team members for growth, succession planning, and career progression.
• Work with cross-functional partners to identify efficiencies and strengthen financial processes.
