Job summary

Trafimet Group S.p.A. is seeking a Sales Director to lead the Turkish subsidiary, driving profitability, growth and market leadership in Turkey’s welding sector.

You will develop annual business plans, build a high-performance team, own the P&L, and represent Trafimet to customers, distributors and strategic partners. This is a high-exposure leadership role within a multinational group.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience managing a commercial business unit or subsidiary.
• Proven success in sales and business growth.
• Strong experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of the Turkish market in welding environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Turkish subsidiary in line with Trafimet’s strategy and objectives.
• Develop and execute annual business plans and long-term growth strategies.
• Drive growth while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company towards customers, partners, industry associations, and other external stakeholders.
• Provide regular business and financial reporting to Trafimet Group spa.
