As the top executive in Turkey, you will lead the local team, set growth strategy, manage budgets and P&L, and build key customer and partner relationships. The role offers significant decision-making authority and opportunities to shape Trafimet's market position in Turkey.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Turkish subsidiary in accordance with Trafimet’s strategy and objectives.
• Develop and execute annual business plans and long-term growth strategies.
• Identify market opportunities, risks, and competitive developments.
• Drive business growth while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company towards customers, partners, industry associations, and external stakeholders.
