Job summary

Trafimet, a global leader in welding and cutting torches, seeks a Sales Director to lead the Turkish subsidiary. This executive role drives strategy, P&L ownership, and growth in a key market with strategic customers, distributors, and partners.

You will shape the local organization, align with Trafimet Group objectives, and manage a high-performing team while delivering sustainable profitability and market expansion in Turkey.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Turkish subsidiary in accordance with Trafimet’s strategy and objectives.
• Develop and execute annual business plans and long-term growth strategies.
• Identify market opportunities, risks, and competitive developments.
• Drive business growth while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company towards customers, partners, industry associations, and other external stakeholders.
