You will conduct video-based identity checks, guide users through account opening, and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, law, economics, auditing, business, or a related field.
Fluent Turkish with clear, customer-facing communication.
Experience with onboarding via video calls in regulated financial services.

Detail-oriented and able to follow processes.

Responsibilities
