Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a KYC Manager (Vice President) in Wholesale Payments to lead Turkish client onboarding, renewals and KYC records. You will partner with Front Office and Control functions to ensure compliant, efficient onboarding and risk-based decisions.

The role requires strong English and Turkish, excellent communication, capacity planning, and coaching skills, with the ability to apply AI tools for KYC casework while maintaining end-to-end accountability for control outcomes.

• Experience using approved AI tools to support KYC casework (document summarisation, key data extraction, drafting narratives), with appropriate human review, and the ability to set team-level guardrails, validate outputs against source documents and escalates appropriately.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to use AI to improve quality and cycle times, in partnership with stakeholders, including coaching the team to apply AI safely and consistently while maintaining end-to-end accountability for control outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Turkish

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end KYC for Turkish clients.
• Lead the team’s work pipeline by prioritising active requests, capacity planning, and driving business-forward planning with global KYC Middle Office teams.
• Partner with Front Office and, on occasion, directly with clients to obtain all supporting evidence for KYC due diligence.
• Ensure information to and from clients is accurate, complete and compliant with AML and local due diligence requirements.
• Liaise with the business to plan workload, review renewals, and provide structured status updates on progress.
• Interact with Front Office, Compliance and Quality Control to develop partnerships, remove roadblocks, and ensure information flow; escalate as needed.
• Create quality KYC profiles with multiple risk factors, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage personal workload and escalate key risks to management with clear mitigation actions.
• Stay up to date on process changes and regulatory updates, communicating impacts to partners.
• Identify and implement process and technology improvements to improve cycle time, quality and control outcomes.
