The Role

We are looking for a Turkish-speaking Customer Identity Verification Specialist to support customer onboarding through online video verification.

In this role, you will conduct video-based identity checks, guide users through the account opening process, and ensure each verification step is handled accurately and in line with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements. You will also play an important role in maintaining a smooth user experience while protecting the integrity of the onboarding process.

This role is well suited for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in regulated financial services, customer onboarding, and digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Conduct customer identity verification through online video calls in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
• Guide users through the account opening process and answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Review and follow required identity verification steps to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction while following internal processes and control requirements.
• Collect user feedback during the onboarding process and share insights with relevant internal teams.
• Use digital platforms and internal tools effectively to complete verification and onboarding tasks.
• Collaborate with team leads and internal stakeholders on related operational tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, law, economics, auditing, business, or a related field.
• Fluent Turkish language skills, with strong diction, communication ability, and customer-facing confidence.
• Experience in customer onboarding through video calls, customer service, call centers, banking, securities, finance, or other regulated service environments.
• Ability to work shifts and meet required working hour arrangements.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes carefully and handle verification work accurately.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and internal systems in daily work.
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, and open to continuous learning.
• Turkish citizenship and legal authorization to work locally are required.

Strong-to-haves

• Familiarity with CMB and MASAK regulations, customer identity verification, KYC, or financial compliance processes.
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, banking, securities, or other regulated financial services environments.
