IDC is seeking a motivated Event Sponsorship Sales Specialist to drive revenue by selling IDC's multi-sponsored events, bespoke conferences, single sponsored sessions, and round tables in Turkey. You will be the main contact for IT vendors from inquiry to event completion, leveraging cold calling, networking, and existing client databases.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B or event sponsorship sales, strong phone/ cold-calling skills, and proven CRM discipline with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or event sponsorship sales.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Experience outbound IT solution sales or related sales position preferred.
• CRM discipline: keeps opportunities, activities, and forecasts in Salesforce accurate and up to date on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong listening and sales skills.

Responsabilités

• Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, following up on inquiries and leveraging our existing client database.
• Identify potential clients and pitch event packages tailored to their needs.
• Preparing customized proposals and negotiating contracts to close sales.
• Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability, initiating and coordinating action plans to penetrate new markets/new logos.
• Providing timely, accurate pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
