Job summary

HID Global in Istanbul and Ankara is seeking an End User Business Development Manager to drive growth across key end-user accounts. You will be field-based with extensive travel, building pipelines and implementing account strategies to close opportunities and meet targets.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of key account management, strong English and Turkish communication, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Knowledge of SaaS licensing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing key accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Field-based role with ~60% travel to customer sites.
• Provide training to consultants and specifiers in the region.
• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs.
• Represent HID at trade shows, events and meetings.
• Collaborate across HID business areas to deliver solutions.
