Job summary

Kenvue in Istanbul, hybrid role, seeks an E-Commerce Manager to own marketplace execution and performance across Türkiye, reporting to Head of eCommerce. You will manage distributor operations, pricing, promotions, and optimize the digital shelf; collaborate with brand teams and regional colleagues.

Fluent Turkish and English required; 4–6 years in eCommerce; strong Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Turkish marketplaces (Trendyol, Amazon, Hepsiburada) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplace key account management or commercial roles.
• Hands on understanding of Turkish marketplaces, preferably Trendyol, Amazon and Hepsiburada.
• Experience in commercial planning, budget management, profitability reporting and promotional execution.
• Understanding of distributor operations, order coordination, inventory management and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Fluent Turkish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day sales and performance across Turkish marketplaces (TrendYol, Amazon, Hepsiburada) and other channels.
• Develop and execute marketplace-specific commercial plans, pricing, assortment and promotions.
• Manage budget tracking, profitability reporting and forecast reviews.
• Coordinate distributor relations, order coordination, inventory and reconciliations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with brand, marketing, finance and supply chain on activation plans.
• Ensure digital shelf standards and improve content quality and conversion.
