Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in polymer, petrochemical, chemical, or related B2B sales with solid PVC knowledge.
• Experience in domestic and indent sales within the Turkish market preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Turkey and internationally.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.

• Own the commercial development of the PVC business in Turkey, covering domestic and indent sales.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve annual sales, profitability, and growth targets.
• Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with key customers and strategic business partners.
• Monitor market trends, supply and demand dynamics, pricing movements, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
• Lead commercial negotiations, negotiate contracts and spot transactions, and manage pricing, credit, and risks.
• Coordinate with global trading, logistics, supply chain, and finance to ensure efficient execution of transactions.
