Confidential company in Turkey seeks a Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager to lead the finance function and drive strategic financial planning for global operations. The role requires extensive treasury, liquidity management, and risk management experience within manufacturing and international projects.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, consolidation, transfer pricing, and coordination of foreign subsidiaries, while maintaining strong banking relationships and funding strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/finance related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Advanced English (written and verbal).
• Proven treasury management, cash flow planning and liquidity management experience.
• Strong expertise in credit and risk management (FX, interest rate and counterparty risk); knowledge of derivatives and hedging.
• Solid experience in banking relations, credit lines, and project/investment financing.
• In-depth knowledge of global finance processes, including foreign subsidiaries, transfer pricing and consolidation.
• Hands-on involvement in setting up factories/companies abroad (feasibility, investment budgeting, financing structure, local regulations).
• Experience managing budgeting, planning and financial reporting processes.
• Strategic thinker with leadership and communication skills.

• Manage FX, interest rate and credit risks and develop hedging strategies.
• Oversee financial feasibility and management of international investment and factory setup projects.
• Coordinate financial processes of foreign subsidiaries.
• Lead budgeting and financial planning processes and report to senior management.
