Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Data Center operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity frameworks, and technology governance.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, operational resilience, and technology controls.
• Proven leadership capabilities to influence executives, lead cross-functional teams, and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Turkey’s technology strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Provide strategic direction to build high-performing teams and foster accountability and excellence.
• Maintain a governance framework meeting global standards while satisfying local regulatory needs.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure technology capabilities support objectives and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee Data Center facilities and infrastructure lifecycle, capacity planning, and modernization.
• Manage technology risk, cybersecurity controls, and regulatory compliance per Turkish regulations.
• Own the Turkey technology budget and drive cost optimization on Data Center operating expenses.
