Outpost is building local compliance in Turkey and is seeking a Compliance Manager to own the Turkish program end-to-end, ensuring trusted operations with regulators and partners.
You will collaborate with global legal, compliance, finance and local counsel to implement AML controls, regulatory filings and relationships, and to monitor consumer protection, e‑commerce and data‑protection rules. This foundational role offers real scope from day one.
Outpost is cross-border commerce infrastructure, built by veterans of Revolut, Adyen, Airwallex, and Wayflyer. We operate dedicated local entities across 58 jurisdictions, giving enterprise merchants access to local acquiring, alternative payment methods and full tax compliance through a single integration. We handle the local complexity so merchants can focus on growth.
We are building a local team in Turkey and are growing fast. This is a foundational hire for our Turkish operations.
You will be the on-the-ground owner of compliance for Outpost in Turkey. In Turkey we act as commercial agent for international merchants, concluding sales in Turkish lira on their behalf while a licensed local payment provider handles the payments. Your job is to keep that model compliant and trusted: by our partners, by our merchants and by the authorities. This is a hands‑on role spanning merchant due diligence, AML and fraud controls, consumer‑law compliance and regulatory relationships. You'll work closely with our global legal, compliance, finance and operations teams, plus Turkish legal counsel.
