Job summary

Ferrero Türkiye is seeking a Trade Marketing Revenue & Trade Manager to lead the Value Maneuver agenda and optimize revenue management across the Turkish market. You will work directly with the Head of Trade Marketing Türkiye to shape strategy for this beloved brand.

In this role you will manage store activity data, build dashboards, and coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Area RTM teams to ensure accurate, ROI-driven trade spend and promotional programs.

Responsibilities

• Collect evidence showing how store activities (assortment visibility, planogram compliance, promos, price changes) have been implemented.
• Create, share and align with stakeholders; maintain the company calendar for deadlines and customer implications.
• Develop the company dashboard to monitor main commercial figures (sell-out, market share, trends) to support decisions.
• Support trade margin analysis and recommendations for selling arguments.
• Ensure offers/presentations to customers align with requirements and contracts.
• Develop and follow up policies related to commercial processes and GRC implementation.
