Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is on the lookout for a Modern Trade Head to spearhead our commercial transformation efforts in Fatih. In this strategic leadership role, you will orchestrate growth strategies and maximize profitability in line with our global vision.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Customer Management and Key Accounts in the FMCG sector, coupled with strong leadership skills and expertise in E-Commerce management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solid experience in Customer Management and Key Accounts within the FMCG sector.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven people leadership experience.
• Advanced, business-level fluency in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the commercial strategy and business plans for all Modern Trade channels.
• Shape and execute pricing strategies and trade investments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 5 direct reports.
