Job summary

Safilo Türkiye, part ofSafilo Group, seeks a Customer & Trade Marketing Executive to drive growth through trade marketing strategies and brand activations. Reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will develop plans aligning brand priorities with commercial goals and foster retailer engagement.

You will plan campaigns, manage budgets, coordinate POS materials, and collaborate with sales for ROI-driven activations across markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in trade/customer marketing (optical, fashion, retail or FMCG).
Strong knowledge of trade marketing, consumer behavior, and retail strategies.
Experience with promotional campaigns, sales tools, and POS materials.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and English fluency.
Willingness to travel for trade events and retailer meetings.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to boost brand growth and market share.
Plan and manage trade shows, roadshows, product launches, and in-store promotions.
Coordinate budgets and vendor activities for brand activations.
Provide promotional tools and training to the sales team.
Analyze campaigns, track ROI, and report insights to senior management.
Ensure marketing efforts align with brand objectives across teams.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine plans.
