Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Partnership Executive – Tour Guide Acquisition to expand our network of local tour guides and university partnerships in Turkey. You will source candidates, assess fit, and coordinate onboarding while building relationships with tourism associations and industry stakeholders.

The role requires proactive sourcing, structured interviews, and ongoing pipeline management to support growth of our partner ecosystem and maintain high standards across the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in business development, recruitment or partnerships.
• Experience sourcing independent professionals and tour providers.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking with universities and tourism bodies.
• Proficiency in CRM and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified tour guides through multiple channels.
• Build relationships with universities, associations and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess partner fit.
• Negotiate basic commercial terms and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and CRM records.
• Provide weekly pipeline reports to management.
