Job summary

Trenkwalder Turkey is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the textile sector. You will manage orders from placement to delivery and coordinate with multiple departments.

Fluent English, a Bachelor's degree, and MS Office skills are required; SAP knowledge is a plus. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager Europe and involves sample preparation and shipment coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a textile company.
• Team-oriented and able to work effectively with different departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up the entire process from customer order to delivery
• Maintain close and effective communication with customers to ensure their requests are handled in a timely manner
• Register and follow up customer complaints with the relevant departments
• Coordinate with internal departments and follow up the process until completion
• Carry out the necessary preliminary preparations in line with customer requirements
• Report directly to the Customer Service Manager Europe
• Prepare customer samples and coordinate their shipment
