Job summary

LivaNova is seeking a Territory Manager for Cardiopulmonary based in Istanbul, covering the Marmara region. You will drive sales growth by building strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons and healthcare professionals, while delivering product training and in-room support to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, cardiopulmonary experience preferred, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. English (intermediate) is sufficient.

Qualifications

• Cardiopulmonary experience preferred or operating room exposure.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused and proactive with ability to develop long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the assigned Marmara territory, meeting revenue and pricing targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide operating room support, product demonstrations and training as needed.
• Deliver training to customers to ensure effective use of Cardiopulmonary solutions.
• Develop a territory business plan and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory budget and maintain accurate customer and sales data.
• Represent LivaNova at relevant trade shows and events.

Join LivaNova as a Territory Manager - Cardiopulmonary, based in Istanbul, Turkey, covering the Marmara region. In this field-based commercial role, you will drive business growth by building strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons and healthcare professionals, while providing product training and support in the operating room to help deliver the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the assigned territory, achieving revenue, sales and pricing targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, perfusionists, anesthetists and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide operating room support, product demonstrations and technical assistance to healthcare professionals.
• Deliver product training to customers, ensuring effective use of LivaNova's Cardiopulmonary solutions.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan to identify business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage the territory budget, maintain accurate customer and sales data, and represent LivaNova at relevant trade shows and events.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of sales experience within the medical device industry.
• Cardiopulmonary experience is strongly preferred. Alternatively, experience in medical devices combined with operating room exposure will be considered.
• Strong commercial acumen, with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused and proactive, with the ability to develop long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage a territory independently, prioritize customer visits and deliver against sales objectives.
• Intermediate English is sufficient
