Job summary

LivaNova PLC in Turkey is seeking a Marketing Manager for Neuromodulation to shape marketing strategy and drive growth across the Turkish market.

You will lead product launches, develop positioning and pricing, and build relationships with physicians and KOLs while collaborating with Sales, Regulatory, Clinical and Finance.

The ideal candidate has extensive medical device marketing experience, fluent English, strong strategic thinking and a track record of ROI-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in the medical device industry, including 5+ years in marketing.
• Strong strategic marketing with ability to turn insights into campaigns.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with product launches or new therapy introductions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing strategy and roadmap for Neuromodulation across Turkey.
• Lead product and therapy launch planning, developing positioning, segmentation, pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), supporting scientific activities.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Finance and other teams to execute plans.
• Develop business cases, assess ROI, and monitor marketing performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to new technologies and product development.

In this strategic role, you will drive the growth of our Neuromodulation business by shaping marketing plans, supporting product and therapy launches, and building strong relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help bring innovative therapies to market and strengthen LivaNova's position in the Turkish market.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing strategy and roadmap for the Neuromodulation business across Turkey, supporting long-term business growth.
• Lead product and therapy launch planning, developing positioning, segmentation, pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights and market intelligence to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Build strong relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), supporting scientific and educational activities and Medical Advisory Boards.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Finance and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
• Develop business cases, assess return on investment and monitor marketing performance to support business decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to new technologies and product development, helping ensure successful market introduction.

Your Profile

• At least 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally including 5 or more years in marketing roles.
• Strong strategic marketing experience, with the ability to develop business plans and translate market insights into effective marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence key stakeholders.
• Fluent English is mandatory, with the ability to understand and communicate technical, clinical and scientific information.
• Strong analytical and business acumen, including experience developing business cases and evaluating commercial opportunities.
• Neuromodulation and medical implant experience would be a strong advantage.
• Previous commercial or sales experience, as well as involvement in product development or new therapy launches, would be highly valued.
