LivaNova PLC in Istanbul, Turkey, seeks a Territory Manager – Cardiopulmonary to cover the Marmara region. This field-based commercial role drives business growth by building hospitals and healthcare professional relationships, delivering product training and in OR support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

You will manage territory forecasts, execute a business plan, monitor market trends, and represent LivaNova at events.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
Cardiopulmonary experience is strongly preferred.
Alternatively, experience in medical devices with operating room exposure will be considered.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Intermediate English is sufficient.

Responsabilités

Drive sales growth across the assigned territory, achieving revenue, sales and pricing targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, perfusionists, anesthetists and other healthcare professionals.
Provide operating room support, product demonstrations and technical assistance to healthcare professionals.
Deliver product training to customers, ensuring effective use of Cardiopulmonary solutions.
Develop and implement a territory business plan to identify business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage the territory budget, maintain accurate customer and sales data, and represent LivaNova at relevant trade shows and events.
