Job summary

Philip Morris International is hiring a Territory & Digital Engagement Executive to cover the Rize region. You will engage retailers through daily physical and digital visits, build territory plans, and drive growth with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong Turkish and English communication, field sales experience, and a drive to optimize B2B processes while supporting digital strategies at points of sale.

Qualifications

• University degree or above.
• Field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluent Turkish and English (written and verbal).
• Team player, quick learner, and customer-focused.
• Tech-savvy; digital or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Valid clean B-class driving license.

Responsibilities

• Engage retailers through physical and digital visits on daily route plan.
• Develop territory plans covering retailer engagement, growth opportunities, competitor analysis, resource allocation, and digital strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Monitor B2B processes and recommend improvements.
• Execute digital strategies and support digital transformation at points of sale.

As a Territory & Digital Engagement Executive, you'll join our field team, engaging retailers through physical and digital visits on your daily route plan.

• Achieve business goals through retailer relationships, customer insights, and data-driven decisions.
• Develop and execute territory plans covering retailer engagement, growth opportunities, competitor analysis, resource allocation, and digital strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Monitor B2B processes and recommend improvements.
• Execute digital strategies and support digital transformation at points of sale.

• Located in Rize.
• University degree or above.
• Field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, with knowledge of commercial operations and sales organizations.
• Are a top communicator both in Turkish and English (written and verbal).
• Team player, quick learner, and customer-focused.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable; digital or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Valid clean B-class driving license and active driving skills.
