Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI in Türkiye is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive volume and revenue targets while building strong customer relationships across Izmir region. You will lead distributors, identify growth opportunities, and ensure effective execution of sales plans with a hands-on approach.

The role requires minimum 2 years FMCG experience, a business/engineering degree, fluent English, and willingness to locate in Izmir. You will collaborate with regional teams and elevate market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics or Industrial-Management Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years FMCG sector experience (food/beverage preferred).
• Good command of English; willingness to locate in İzmir.

Responsibilities

• Realize monthly volume & revenue targets.
• Manage the team to increase penetration of CCI products.
• Develop and increase sales of current distributors in the İzmir region to achieve targets.
• Visiting specified customers in the region regularly and build strong relationships.
• Identify field execution opportunities and drive customer implementation.
• Provide sales execution and customer management actions to realize targets via distributors.

We are looking for a results-driven ‘Field Sales Executive’ to achieve sales targets, enhance execution quality, and build strong customer relationships.

What We Expect

• Realizing monthly volume & revenue targets
• Following up and managing the team to increase the penetration of CCI products
• Developing and increasing sales of current distributors in specified region to achieve company targets
• Supporting her\his the team to develop their skills and competencies
• Visiting specified customers in their region/channel regularly
• Creating strong and sustainable customer relationships
• Identifying the field execution opportunities and convince the customers to implement them
• Providing all the necessary sales execution, and customer management actions to realize business targets to all customers by managing distributors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics or Industrial-Management Engineering is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience at FMCG sector (Food/Beverage industry experience preferred)
• Good command of the English language,
• Willing to locate in İzmir
• Demonstrated ability to lead people
• Capacity to understands all sales functions (Channel-Category Sales Development, Customer, Field)
