Job summary

Philip Morris International in Istanbul seeks a Digital Deployment Specialist to drive deployment, adoption, and ongoing improvement of digital solutions for external partners. You will collaborate with IT and vendors, own analytics reporting, and guide change initiatives across teams.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in a related field, 1–3 years of experience, and strong English communication. A data-driven mindset and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong digital awareness and curiosity for platforms and technologies.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities; data analytics knowledge is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMAktif and PMTep platforms, track activities, and launch or enhance features in line with Online Media & Loyalty strategy.
• Partner with IT teams and vendors to maintain systems, resolve issues, and plan IT sprints.
• Own the analytics platform by reporting monthly results, creating dashboards, and tracking retailer digital footprint to support segmentation and journeys.
• Drive change management and retention initiatives.
• Support stakeholders, field teams, and management in understanding the business model, value proposition, and deployment success.
• Maintain comprehensive digital product documentation.
• Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
