Baymak, a leading HVAC manufacturer in Istanbul, is seeking a Spare Parts Sales Supervisor for a hybrid role. You will analyze markets, optimize SKUs, and enhance spare parts ordering and delivery processes.

You will coordinate with service managers and logistics, drive revenue, and support the after-sales portfolio. Requires 5+ years in spare parts sales with strong planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts sales, planning, or after-sales services.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Analytical thinker with strong planning and organizational skills.
