Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee global client operations in the medical sector. The role requires leading technical teams, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction, and driving process improvements while aligning local practices with international standards.

The candidate will collaborate with global teams, monitor KPIs, and manage requests from customers and partners, with travel as needed to support domestic and international activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in technical service/operations or repair.
• Proven experience in leading teams and team leaders.
• Strong English language skills for daily use.
