Job summary

Castrol Türkiye, Middle East & Pakistan seeks a Technical Services Manager to strengthen distributor capabilities across Automotive, Heavy Duty and Industrial segments. You will coach distributor teams, deliver high‑quality technical services, and ensure world‑class support for OEM accounts and prospects.

Qualifications

University degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics).
10–12 years of proven leadership in technical roles within automotive/industrial sectors.
3+ years of experience with indirect channel environments and distributor partnerships.

Responsibilities

Upskill distributor technical, sales & marketing staff through structured training.
Provide frontline technical support and solve complex issues for OEMs.
Lead roll-out of technical trainings and collaborate with marketing on portfolio harmonisation.
