Job summary

Karadeniz Holding in Istanbul HQ is seeking a Technical Coordination Assistant Manager to join the Technical Coordination department. You will collect customer technical requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report progress until close.

The role demands a mechanical engineering background, strong project coordination experience, and excellent documentation. The position offers hybrid work, development opportunities, and exposure to a global energy portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in power plant operations and maintenance.
• 5–7 years in project coordination, technical operations, field operations, or engineering support roles.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure end-to-end follow-up of technical requests and operational activities.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder technical processes (customer, operations, engineering, field teams).
• Experience in preparing, consolidating, and interpreting technical or operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer technical requirements, obtain feedback from technical departments, organize information, communicate to customer, and follow up until closed.
• Support the preparation of technical progress reports for projects, ensure data collection from stakeholders, and coordinate timely submission.
• Monitor project execution during operations, identify deviations, and inform relevant departments.
• Review operational reports and ensure timely communication to the customer.
• Manage technical information flow in operations and field projects, coordinate between departments.
• Evaluate customer requests related to investment or revision with relevant departments, monitor progress.
• Conduct field/site/customer visits to support operations in compliance with requirements.
• Evaluate technical and operational improvements with the customer and provide central engineering support.
• Collect observations on new opportunities and monitor market developments.
