Job summary

Karadeniz Holding is seeking an Assistant Project Manager, Electric to join the Powership Asset Technical Management and Global Commissioning team at the Yalova Shipyard.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical design, control and commissioning for MV/HV systems, SCADA/PLC, and energy projects, with fluent English and willingness to travel.

Residence near Yalova or willingness to relocate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduates from Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments.
• 5+ years in design, control, and commissioning of electrical and control processes in power plants.
• Experience with MV/HV systems, transformers, alternators; shipbuilding or energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure compliance with standards.
• Review manufacturing electrical projects to determine revision needs and inform the manager.
• Verify equipment drawings and disseminate project information.
• Attend factory acceptance tests of purchased materials.
• Investigate and resolve electrical problems during manufacturing.
• Coordinate material requests from technical drawings with relevant units.
• Ensure manufacturing aligns with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems procedures.
• Participate in domestic and international commissioning processes.
