Job summary

Karadeniz Holding is seeking a Project Engineer- Electrical for its Powership Investments, Electrical division at Yalova Shipyard. The role requires minimum 3 years in Gas Turbine power projects and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, with strong English proficiency.

You will manage electrical scope design review, documentation, and coordination across disciplines, while reporting progress and ensuring on-time deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in executing Gas Power Plant projects (Gas Turbines).
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Strong basic design review and MS Office/MS Project skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor engineering, purchasing and documentation for electrical scope of Gas Turbine projects.
• Be part of innovative projects and enhance technical knowledge.
• Attend design review meetings and prepare minutes.
• Track design progress and deliver weekly status reports.
• Ensure deliverables follow the planned schedule.
• Coordinate interfaces between internal disciplines to meet objectives.
• Guide subcontractors for engineering and related documentation.
• Ensure interfaces between Civil, Electrical, I&C, Mechanical, Telecom are incorporated as needed.
• Support in preparing progress reports.
