Job summary

Kraft Heinz Türkiye seeks a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, filings, and audits from the Istanbul office. You will coordinate with local finance teams and tax advisors, monitor changes in Turkish tax legislation, and support monthly closing and tax provisions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in tax and accounting within multinationals, Big4 audit background, and strong English with SAP/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of tax audit experience in Big4.
• 7+ years of tax and accounting experience in large multinational companies.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics/Finance/Business with focus on Accounting/Tax.
• Advanced English and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance obligations including CIT, VAT, WHT and stamp duty filings.
• Follow up on local and international tax legislation changes and coordinate with finance teams.
• Manage all tax audits and optimize procedures to mitigate risk.
• Support monthly closing and quarterly/year-end tax provisions.

Job DescriptionAbout the PositionWe have an excellent opportunity available for a Tax Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Tax Manager lies within the Finance Controlling & Accounting team and is based in our Istanbul (Akmerkez) Office. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Head of Financial Controlling.In brief, you will be responsible for:Oversee tax compliance obligations and follow up tax compliance responsibilitiesResponsible for CIT, VAT, WHT, stamp duty declarations and filings in coordination with finance teams and tax advisorsFollow up changes in local and international tax legislation,Identify the risks or uncertain issues, suggest on the possible resolutions and timely communications with the local Finance teams and other teamsManage all Tax audits (external, internal audit); coordinate tax auditsOptimize tax compliance procedures and processes to mitigate tax risks and improve efficiency in coordination with finance teamsCollaborate with the finance team on workflow and tax queries,and participate in the monthly closing procedure.
