CoreX Holding seeks a Tax Assistant Manager at our Maslak, Istanbul HQ. You will lead tax planning, compliance, and advisory efforts across the group, ensuring timely filings and optimal tax outcomes.

The role requires a highly motivated professional capable of managing cross-functional teams in an international setting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred) with 5+ years of tax experience, strong communication, and the ability to liaise with tax authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of tax experience with emphasis on compliance, planning and strategy.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and identify tax implications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with leadership abilities.
• Able to liaise with local tax authorities and manage audits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Review tax returns prepared by group companies or external advisors.
• Act as the main contact for tax authorities.

We are looking for a Tax Assistant Manager to be assigned to our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of tax experience with a significant amount of time, tax compliance, planning, and strategy
• Proficient in analyzing financial data, identifying tax implications, and making informed decisions to optimize tax outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals effectively
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive results
• Act as a liaison with local tax authorities and ensure timely responses to inquiries and correspondence
• Support and manage tax audits and inspections conducted by the tax authorities
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and evaluate their potential impact on the company
• Meticulous and accurate in reviewing tax documents and preparing tax returns to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws
• Capable of identifying tax-related challenges and proposing practical solutions to mitigate risks
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing tax laws and regulations.
