Job summary

CoreX Holding, headquartered in Istanbul, seeks a Senior IT Procurement Specialist to lead IT sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management from Maslak. The role requires deep knowledge of software licenses, SAP MM, e-procurement tools, and global sourcing.

You will drive cost optimization while ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate procurement standards, reporting to management and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT, engineering, business).
• Minimum 5 years in IT procurement including software, hardware, cloud services and IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of licensing models (Microsoft, SAP, SaaS) and vendor management.
• Experience in contract management, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience with ITAM/SAM and TCO analysis.

Responsibilities

• Report procurement activities and supplier performance to management.
• Lead IT vendor negotiations and manage complex contracts and SLAs.
• Drive cost optimization while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage supplier selection and relationships across multi-country operations.
• Track market trends and emerging technologies in IT procurement.
• Coordinate SAP procurement activities including licenses, subscriptions, maintenance, and consulting services.
• Support vendor management and ensure compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Develop procurement strategies based on market conditions and financial indicators.

We are looking for an Senior IT Procurement Specialist to be assigned to our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT procurement covering software, hardware, cloud services, and IT infrastructure and technology sourcing
• Strong knowledge of IT products, licensing models (Microsoft, SAP, SaaS), and vendor management
• Experience in contract management, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing
• Ability to translate technical requirements into procurement solutions
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Advanced SAP (especially MM module) and e-procurement tools knowledge
• Familiar with IT asset management (ITAM) and software asset management (SAM)
• Experience in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and cost modeling
• Knowledge of procurement compliance, audits, and internal controls
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience in global sourcing and multi-country procurement operations

• Develop procurement strategies based on market conditions and financial indicators
