Job summary

team.blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for Natro and Turhost in Turkey, reporting to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition. The six-month contract includes a potential extension for six more months, offering exposure to a global, tech-driven recruitment environment.

The role is primarily remote, enabling work from anywhere, with local Turkey collaboration and alignment to global TA standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for Natro & Turhost in Turkey, while supporting Group-level roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Source, attract and assess high-quality candidates across technical, commercial, operational and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Use Teamtailor, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels effectively to identify and engage relevant talent.
• Explore and leverage AI to improve sourcing and recruitment efficiency.
• Track recruitment activity and metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
• Work with Group TA to align local practices with global standards and participate in cross-market projects.

About The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to join our team, reporting directly to the team.blue Group Head of Talent Acquisition. The initial duration of the contract will be 6 months, with the possibility to extend for 6 other months.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Natro and Turhost in Turkey, while also partnering with teams across other team.blue markets on international recruitment needs. You will work closely with local hiring managers and stakeholders in Turkey while being part of the global Talent Acquisition organization and collaborating with colleagues across different countries and markets.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Natro & Turhost in Turkey, while also supporting selected Group-level roles from role intake through offer and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract and assess high-quality candidates across technical, commercial, operational and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Use Teamtailor, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels effectively to identify and engage relevant talent.
• Explore and leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, recruitment efficiency, candidate experience and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Track recruitment activity and metrics and provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with the Group Talent Acquisition team to ensure local recruitment practices are aligned with global TA standards and processes.
• Contribute to global Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements and best-practice sharing.

What We’re Looking For

• Native or fluent Turkish speaker with strong written and spoken English skills. The role can be based in Turkey or another relevant team.blue market.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.Previous experience in technology or another fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Comfortable working with international teams and across different cultures.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset, with an interest in recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and improve Talent Acquisition practices.
