Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S in Turkey seeks an IT Infrastructure & Security professional to manage and improve IT infrastructure operations, ensure system availability and support information security through effective system administration.

You will lead projects, coordinate end-user IT operations, monitor servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and coordinate with SOC, EDR/XDR, NDR for security. English language required for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure/security role.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core networking technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and fundamental system administration.
• Knowledge of information security principles and vulnerability management processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure improvement projects.
• Coordinate end-user IT operations and support services.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of servers, network infrastructure, data centers and enterprise systems.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and core system administration processes.
• Support administration of Microsoft 365 and related cloud services.
• Monitor service levels (SLAs) and drive continuous service improvements.
• Coordinate vulnerability management, remediation, and patch management activities.
• Monitor security events from SOC/EDR/XDR/NDR and support incident response.
• Coordinate penetration testing and security assessments; track remediation.
• Ensure security policy compliance and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Prepare regular IT infrastructure and information security reports.

Job description

In this role you will be responsible for managing and improving IT infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability and supporting information security processes through effective system administration and will report to the IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Planning, executing, and managing IT infrastructure improvement projects,
• Coordinating end-user IT operations and support services,
• Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of servers, network infrastructure, data centers and enterprise systems,
• Managing Active Directory, user accounts, and core system administration processes,
• Supporting the administration of Microsoft 365 and related cloud services,
• Ensuring the availability, continuity and reliability of IT infrastructure services,
• Monitoring and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while driving continuous service improvements,
• Managing vulnerability management processes, ensuring the timely remediation of identified security findings in coordination with relevant teams,
• Planning, monitoring and coordinating patch management activities to maintain system security and compliance,
• Monitoring security events generated by SOC, EDR/XDR and NDR solutions and supporting incident response activities,
• Coordinating penetration testing and security assessment activities, including remediation tracking and validation of identified findings,
• Monitoring the effectiveness of security systems and ensuring appropriate actions are taken in response to security incidents,
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve infrastructure and security-related issues,
• Planning and implementing service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality,
• Managing IT asset and inventory processes, ensuring accurate records and regular reporting,
• Preparing regular IT infrastructure and information security reports,
• Supporting the continuity of IT services across domestic and international locations,
• Assisting with internal and external audits related to IT infrastructure and information security,
• Performing duties in accordance with information security policies, standards and compliance requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Which Profile Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core networking technologies,
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and fundamental system administration,
• Knowledge of information security principles and a strong interest in cybersecurity operations,
• Experience in vulnerability management, security findings tracking, and remediation processes,
• Knowledge of patch management processes,
• Preferably experienced with SOC, EDR/XDR, and NDR solutions,
• Preferably involved in penetration testing (Pentest), vulnerability assessments and validation of security findings,
• Preferably experienced in ISO 27001, GDPR/KVKK compliance or information security audit processes,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach,
• Good command of written and spoken English.
