Job summary

Inforte Bilisim is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the team in Ankara or Istanbul. The role focuses on coordinating with vendor technical teams for improvements, escalations, and troubleshooting, and delivering trainings and product presentations to partners and enterprise customers across the region.

You will develop deployment guides, reference architectures, and technical documentation while supporting PoCs, pilots, and expansion projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lab, PoC setup, troubleshooting, and deployment experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendor technical teams for solution improvements, escalations, and troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with vendor technical teams for solution improvements, escalations, and troubleshooting
• Participate in regional cybersecurity events, workshops, and partner enablement activities

Technical Enablement & Education:

• Deliver technical trainings and product presentations to partners and enterprise customers
• Develop deployment guides, technical documentation, and reference architectures
• Support cybersecurity awareness and technical enablement activities across the region
• Knowledge of PAM solutions

Customer Success & Post-Sales Advisory:

• Provide technical guidance during PoCs, pilot projects, and expansion phases
• Assist customers with architecture reviews, best practices, and roadmap planning
• Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution during deployments

Professional Skills:
